We invite you to join us at Titoki with faciliator Alison Morgan for the Way of the Mystic Retreat.
If you are drawn to a way of being with God in the quiet then this retreat might interest you. The mystical path is open to anyone for whom the life and teachings of Jesus mean something. The two days will be held mostly in silence with a series of talks and a shared Holy Communion on the Sunday. It will introduce you to some of the steps on the spiritual journey of the Christian mystics and will include some biblical references. The main focus will be the path: that is, the Purgative and Illuminative steps and the goal, which is union with God. There will be a few meditative spiritual practices to share in the quiet time. If this sounds interesting then you are most welcome.Posted: Thursday 4 June 2020
