  • We invite you to join us at Titoki with faciliator Alison Morgan for the Way of the Mystic Retreat.

If you are drawn to a way of being with God in the quiet then this retreat might interest you. The mystical path is open to anyone for whom the life and teachings of Jesus mean something. The two days will be held mostly in silence with a series of talks and a shared Holy Communion on the Sunday. It will introduce you to some of the steps on the spiritual journey of the Christian mystics and will include some biblical references. The main focus will be the path: that is, the Purgative and Illuminative steps and the goal, which is union with God. There will be a few meditative spiritual practices to share in the quiet time. If this sounds interesting then you are most welcome.

  • 'Homecoming' is the theme of this weekend retreat at the beautiful Titoki Healing Centre. The retreat is based on the reflections of Henri Nouwen’s writing on Rembrandt's painting of the Prodigal Son. The focus of this weekend is to discover the things we carry that prevent us from being fully embraced by the Father's love.
Silent Contemplative meditation of the three main characters in the painting will be an important part of this weekend; namely the younger son, the elder son and the father.

  • Due to fantastic feedback after this seminar in May, we have decided to invite Alan back again! The one day 'Living Well' seminar with Alan Davey is highly recommended to all age groups and backgrounds.

Alan’s goal for the seminar is to help you to recognize the influence your emotional health can have in your life and the lives of those around you and then give tools skills and insights to help deal with these issues.

Alan’s down to earth engaging and often humorous approach lays a great platform to present practical tools, skills and insights designed to equip us in the journey towards a life of emotional freedom.
