'Triumphing Through Grief and Loss' Titoki Retreat Jul 31 - Aug 2
Dear Friends,
We invite you to join us for a fully hosted weekend retreat at Titoki Christian Healing Centre in rural Whakatane from Friday July 31st - Sunday August 2nd. We have some spaces still available so please contact us to secure your spot.
The retreat is themed ‘Triumphing Through Grief and Loss’ and will be hosted by Irene Reid.
Who Is The Retreat For?
This workshop will appeal to men and women experiencing grief and also to the people who are journeying alongside them. Grief isn’t only about the loss of a loved one, but about all change and loss.
Thre retreat focus will include:
- Emphasis on understanding change, loss and grief and ideas on how to work through them
- Learning self-care and to manage ourselves through this important journey.
- Times for group and personal reflection and processing.
Irene will be sharing from her own experiences and how she has been led through her journey. This seminar is about participants gaining a much clearer understanding of Loss and Grief, how to journey through the process and exiting with hope. Isaiah 45:3.
Irene is passionate about dispelling the myths associated with grief and helping people to gain understanding and knowledge about this precious process. She will be sharing from her heart.
“My hope is that participants will gain a much clearer understanding of loss and grief, and be able to view it as something that can be an enlarging process for us if we will let it, something that can take us much closer to our Lord”. Is.61 ~ Irene
